V MMO Technical Conference: The Transport Authorities and the climate change.

We can confirm that technology is not enough to resolve the problem of climate change, but must be supported by actions from the point of view of planning and demand. We have to keep in mind that planning is the major producer of increased energy consumption, or rather, lack of joint planning and transportation planning.
Spanish municipalities are trying to alleviate the problem of climate change by improving their transport systems. What we have to do is follow this line and get further reduce of CO2 emissions and atmospheric pollutants.
